My Practice Buddy did not show up.
If your Practice Buddy did not reschedule and did not show up (online or on-site), you are eligible to ask for a credit refund. You will be provided with credits to book any Practice Buddy of your choice. However, it would be great if you can give a day or two to the Practice Buddy to explain the no-show and offer you a reschedule.
