1. Upon confirmation of your booking by tutor, you will receive an email or uBitto Message containing your booking details and meeting link / password. Click the link and enter uBitto Metaverse by keying in the given password.
We strongly recommend you to register an account at Zep so that you do not have to join anonymously next time. By having an account, Zep will automatically test your video and audio prior to the actual meeting.
2. Each participant will have a unique character or emoji. Use WASD or top, bottom, left, right buttons to navigate your character.
3. Ensure the cam and mic settings are turn on.
4. To test your mic and audio settings to ensure everything is working fine before the meeting, click ‘Settings' on the sidebar. Select the right camera and microphone. Speak into your microphone and ensure the mic test bar is moving.
5. Move your character closer to your preferred Practice room and press F to unlock the door.
6. Wait for your Practice Buddy / learner to show up. As long as both parties are in the same room, you will be able to see and hear each other.
