I have forgotten about my session and missed it. Is there a refund?
If you have missed a Practice session without initiating rescheduling 48 hours prior, the payment from that session will go to the Practice Buddy as Buddy has reserved a time slot for your booking.
If no-show is due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, technical difficulties or other issues, it is at the discretion of the Practice Buddy to offer a reschedule. If your refund request is not agreed upon, your Practice Buddy is entitled to receive full payment.
I can’t attend a session and there’s no option to reschedule or cancel.
To reschedule or cancel as a learner, you need to initiate the reschedule through messaging with your Practice Buddy at least 48 hours prior. Each time slot of a Practice Buddy needs to be booked in advance and can only be booked once. If you can't attend, make sure you're notifying your Practice Buddy at your earliest convenience. Talk to your buddy and see if a refund or rescheduling can be arranged.
