Why no hourly pricing?
Hourly pricing optimizes for tutor selection — not for whether you actually become someone who can use Korean. We bundle paths because we measure progress against a real outcome (Speaking confidence, TOPIK pass, Korean for work). Your LEVSGRW radar tells us whether you're on track. If you're behind, your Learning Partner adapts. The plan price is what you pay regardless of session count — because the price is for the outcome, not the hours.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. All plans can be split into 3 monthly installments at no extra cost. Email us after your trial to set it up.
What's the satisfaction guarantee?
If you're not satisfied within 30 days of starting your plan, we'll refund the unused portion. No questions asked.
Do you offer HRDC-claimable plans?
Yes — for corporate teams. See our Corporate path. Individual learners are not currently HRDC-eligible.
Can I switch paths mid-plan?
Yes. If your goals change, contact your Learning Partner and we'll switch you. Any pricing difference is pro-rated.
What if I want more 1:1 time?
Each plan includes a set number of 1:1 sessions. If you want more, we offer add-on session packs at a discount when you're already on a plan.
