Go to Dashboard > Session Control.
Click on the (pencil) icon of the appointment you want to reschedule / reject.
In the edit appointment window, click on the status icon to change the appointment status.
- to reschedule, change the Date and Time.
- to reject an appointment, select the black circle icon.
Click “Save”. This will automatically notify the Learner on email. You will also receive an email confirmation.
I am not able to reschedule or reject (cancel) a session.
You cannot reschedule or cancel a session within 48 hours of your session start time. For help, please contact support.
