uBitto Membership
You may cancel your paid membership at any time. Once you cancel, you won't be charged again. You will still have access to contents, support and features until the end of your billing cycle. You won't be refunded for the time between when you cancel and when your membership officially ends.
You can manage your subscriptions and cancellations by going to your Account Settings (Subscription).
Customers who are unable to cancel their subscription through their account must contact uBitto's support team before the end of the current billing cycle to avoid being charged for the next cycle.
uBitto Live Class
Your purchase of and payment for lessons / sessions shall be regulated by this Refund Policy. uBitto strives to ensure clear understanding of financial relations between learners and uBitto Partners (Class Instructors / Practice Buddies) with respect to the services we provide. This policy applies to all services and features made available through the Website (collectively, the “Services”).
How to request for a refund for live class?
To request refund for live classes, please submit your Refund Request Form within 7 (seven) days of payment. If you do not receive a response within 48 hours, please email info@ubitto.com with the following information.
- Booking/ Order ID
- Reason for requested refund
No refund will be issued in case the user has lost and/or forgot his/her login credentials (username and passwords), which has resulted in loss of data, temporary loss of access to the user's account or any other inconveniences for the user.
No refund will be issued in case the user has lost connection due to the absence of Internet access, factory reset or updates.
What kind of refund will I receive?
You will receive a 100% refund in the form of uBitto credits (store credit). Authorised payments are final. No cash refunds will be given for purchased classes.
Will my store credits expire?
Your uBitto Credits will not expire as long as you are an active member of uBitto.
If your uBitto account has been inactive for more than twelve (12) months, the uBitto Credits will expire.
uBitto Practice
How to request for a refund for uBitto Practice?
To request for a refund, the cancellation of session(s) in Practice Booking Panel is required to be made in 48 hours before the lesson is due to start. If there are extenuating circumstances meaning a lesson is missed or needs to be cancelled at short notice, these refunds can be made at the Practice Buddy's discretion, but there is no obligation on the Buddy to do so.
Please submit your Refund Request Form in the first instance if you would like to be refunded. If you do not receive a response, please email info@ubitto.com with the following information within 72 hours of the original lesson time.
- Booking ID
- Date and time of session
- Reason for requested refund
- Name of your Practice Buddy
The credit refund may be issued only for the unconfirmed sessions.

Can I cancel a Practice session?
Sessions can be cancelled any time up to 48 hours before the session is due to start and rescheduled thereafter. A credit refund will be performed. Otherwise, you are liable to be charged the full amount for the scheduled session.
We reserve the right for every Practice Buddy to charge the cost of the lesson that is cancelled less than 48 hours before its due time. A Practice Buddy can reschedule lessons through uBitto Buddy Panel while a learner can initiate rescheduling via messaging Practice Buddy.
Can I change my Practice Buddy?
If you decided to book a different Practice Buddy, you will need to cancel your existing booking and request for a refund.
If the lesson didn't take place under circumstances not caused by learner, learner is eligible for a credit refund after submission of Refund Request or a session fulfilment by the Practice Buddy.
What kind of refund will I receive?
- You will receive a 100% refund in the form of uBitto credits.
- If you can't attend the session, please discuss with your Practice Buddy and ask if a reschedule can be provided. Once a session is confirmed completed, the payment will be transferred to your Practice Buddy and uBitto will not be able to process your refund request.
- If your Practice session is canceled by your Buddy, you can report a problem and receive refunded uBitto credits that you can use to book other Buddies.
Authorized payments are final. No cash refunds will be given for purchased sessions.
Will my store credits expire?

Chargeback Related : In the event of a chargeback by a credit card company (or similar action by another payment provider allowed by us) in connection with your purchase of any lesson(s), you agree that we may suspend access to any and all accounts you have with us.
Fees, incurred as the result of chargebacks or other payment disputes brought by you, your bank, or a payment provider, and disputes that require accounting or legal services shall be covered by you.
Deletion of an account : You may request to delete your Account at any time, however, there are no refunds for cancellation. In case uBitto shall suspend or terminate your Account because of breach of any of our policies, you understand and agree that you shall receive no refund or exchange for any unused lessons or any portion of the Service, any content or data associated with your account, or for anything else.
Data provided by you : You agree and understand that billing information, which you provide to make payment for lesson(s) through uBitto, namely your credit card information and/or Stripe account information, is processed by our partners-payment providers only. Stripe do not collect, store or otherwise process your billing information.
You agree that uBitto will not be responsible for any failures of the third party to adequately protect such information. The processing of payments will be subject to the terms, conditions and privacy policies of our partners-payment providers in addition to this policy.
You acknowledge that we may change our partners-payment providers and require them to transfer your information to other service providers that encrypt your information using secure socket layer technology (SSL) or other comparable security technology.
