I have forgotten about my session and missed it. Is there a refund?
If you have missed a Tutoring session without initiating rescheduling 48 hours prior, the payment from that session will go to the Tutor as Tutor has reserved a time slot for your booking.
If no-show is due to unforeseen circumstances, emergencies, technical difficulties or other issues, it is at the discretion of the Tutor to offer a reschedule. If your refund request is not agreed upon, your Tutor is entitled to receive full payment.
I can’t attend a session and there’s no option to reschedule or cancel.
To reschedule or cancel as a learner, you need to initiate the reschedule through messaging with your Tutor at least 48 hours prior. Each time slot of a Tutor needs to be booked in advance and can only be booked once. If you can't attend, make sure you're notifying your Tutor at your earliest convenience. Talk to your Tutor and see if a refund or rescheduling can be arranged.
