Make Authentic Korean Kimchi — A Cultural Experience for Everyone
Step into one of Korea’s most iconic culinary traditions with a hands-on cultural experience designed for everyone. Whether you’re coming with your kids, your partner, your friends, or your colleagues — or just by yourself — you’ll learn to make authentic Baechu Kimchi (배추김치) from scratch, guided by hosts who’ll share the stories, techniques, and traditions behind Korea’s most beloved food. This is a cultural immersion experience, not a language class. As you prepare each ingredient, you’ll discover the history of Gimjang — Korea’s UNESCO-listed annual kimchi-making tradition — and understand why kimchi is so central to Korean identity. The shared experience of cooking, tasting, and storytelling creates natural bonds and conversations that turn strangers into friends and good days into great memories.

Tech made this kimchi-making experience absolutely delightful! The way they explained each step while sharing stories about Korean family traditions really brought the whole process to life. My friends and I had such a great time getting our hands messy and learning about the fermentation secrets. Definitely booking another session soon!
