This 3-hour, hands-on program takes corporate teams from absolute beginners to confident gimbab rollers — while quietly building the skills that matter at work: coordination, clear communication, attention to detail, and patience. Each session is led by an experienced Korean cultural instructor at a select Penang venue.
What Your Team Will Do
- Learn the cultural story behind Korean gimbab — why it’s a national favorite, how it differs from Japanese sushi, when Koreans eat it
- Prepare every ingredient from scratch — season the rice, slice vegetables, prep proteins
- Roll your own gimbab with a bamboo mat, using techniques Korean home cooks have used for generations
