1. Create a Live Class Listing
Your page is how people find and book you. Make a great first impression by creating an attractive listing, one that highlights your passion and expertise, using high quality photos, videos or even descriptions.

I have no teaching experience. Can I teach live?
If you have no teaching experience, we suggest that you begin with becoming a Practice Buddy. That will get you started on educating, in a more casual setting. You can use this opportunity to build up your teaching experience.
How long should my class be?
It is entirely up to you but we suggest that you keep each session within 1 hour to retain learner's attention. Do note that if you're using a free Zoom account, you should keep the class under 40 minutes.
Is it a must to use Zoom?
No, Zoom is a service we offer to be integrated with your community group. Feel free to use any other video conferencing service.
Is it a must to provide assignments?
This is optional but it is through interactive tasks and assignments which made learners feel accomplished and know where are they standing. We made it easy for you to provide assignments and assess them, all via your own Community Group.
How do I communicate with my learners?
When creating a live class, please create a community group as well and link it to the live class you're selling. Upon enrolment, learners will also get access to the community group. You can then communicate with your learners there.
How will I get paid and when?
You will be paid via direct bank transfer payout, depending on your payout choice that you selected on Profile Settings.
There is no fee to list your live class, and you can publish as many listings as you want. We believe in a sustainable partnership, where Educators are rewarded for offering their amazing service to learners on the platform, and uBitto is rewarded for driving new learners to our Educators.
To be able to provide the best service for both Educators and learners alike, we impose a 20% revenue-sharing fee for all the transactions.
How to update my bank detail?
You may update your payout details on Payment Settings.
Where can I access Instructor Dashboard?
You can access your Instructor Dashboard via two options:
A. Account dropdown > Instructor Dashboard
B. Sidebar > Instructor Dashboard

Who/how to contact for technical assistance?
Message us here if you encounter technical difficulties. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
My student is asking for 1-on-1 session.
The numbers of learners in a session will be entirely up to you. If you are willing to dedicate a time to teach ONE learner or that ONE learner is willing to pay for a private class, this should not be a problem.
