My Tutor did not show up.
If your Tutor did not reschedule and did not show up (online or on-site), please let us know as soon as possible. You are eligible to ask for a credit refund. You will be provided with credits to book any Tutor of your choice. However, it would be great if you can give a day or two to the Tutor to explain the no-show and offer you a reschedule.
